Definitions

User: any individual, with or without a personal account, using the Site or any of the services it offers.

Data Collection and Processing Purposes
MBWS may collect personal data about Users of the Site, in particular through the use of cookies, in accordance with current legislation.
This data is collected when the User :
Navigates the Site and consults articles;
Subscribes to newsletters or alerts proposed by the Site;
Contact the “Consumers” department (“Quality” department), the sales department or the MBWS Human Resources department by any means of communication at its disposal;
Fills in a form to enter information on the Site;
Participate in a promotional game/competition;
Share a review with a friend by sending an e-mail or via social networks from a page on the Site.
The data collected is required for the following purposes:
Personalization of Site content ;
Management and follow-up of relations with prospects (sales management) ;
Management and monitoring of consumer relations (Quality Department and Marketing Department);
Management and follow-up of candidate relations (Human Resources Department) ;
Setting up promotional games/competitions:
Provision of sharing buttons for social networks;
Display of targeted advertising, particularly on social networks;
Production of audience measurement statistics and marketing studies.

Recipients of personal data
The data collected is intended for use by MBWS.
Data may also be processed by subcontractors used by MBWS to personalize the content of the Site, process contests and distribute newsletters.

Transfer of personal data outside the European Union
MBWS informs the User that its personal data may be transmitted to service providers located outside the European Union in order to optimize its advertising campaigns.
These service providers act in compliance with the European provisions on the protection of personal data of the “Privacy Shield” Agreement.

Rights to your personal data
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, the User has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him or her. The User has the right to request that the Site limit or object to the processing of his or her data without the Site being able to refuse, unless it can demonstrate the existence of legitimate and compelling reasons that may override the interests, rights and freedoms of the User.

How long we keep your personal data
Personal data of prospects :
Unless otherwise required by law, MBWS will retain your data for a maximum period of 3 (three) years after the last contact.
This period starts from the last contact (form, e-mail, telephone call) or from a click on a hypertext link in an e-mail sent by MBWS.
Your rights :
You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your personal data in accordance with the procedure described in the paragraph below entitled “How can I access my personal data?” via the Site’s Contact form, specifying “I wish to contact the Sales Department”, or by post to the following postal address:

Unless otherwise required by law, MBWS will keep your data for a maximum period of 5 (five) years after the last contact.

How to access my personal data
For all requests, the User must provide his/her full name and postal address, as well as an e-mail address to enable a reply to be sent.
The request must be signed and accompanied by a copy of the applicant’s valid ID bearing his or her signature.
MBWS has 2 (two) months from receipt of the User’s request to respond. At the end of this period, the User may refer the matter to the CNIL in the event of a negative response or no response from MBWS.

Data archiving
Information used to establish proof of a right or contract, or kept to comply with a legal obligation, may be archived in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Fate of personal data after death
MBWS informs the User that he or she may define, during his or her lifetime, directives concerning the retention, deletion and communication of his or her personal data after his or her death. These directives may be general or specific. The User may modify or revoke his instructions at any time.

Social network deactivation
The Site uses social network plugins such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube, etc. (hereinafter “Social Networks”). For example, if the User is connected to Facebook while browsing the Site, Facebook will be able to link the visit directly to the User’s Facebook account even if the User has not used the share button. If the User interacts with the plugins, for example by clicking on the “Like” button or leaving a comment, the corresponding information will be transmitted to and stored on a Facebook server. They will be published on the User’s Facebook account.
MBWS does not manage the data collected by the Social Networks via the buttons. The User should familiarize himself/herself with the personal data protection policies published by the Social Networks concerned, in order to learn how the data collected by the latter is processed and used, and what settings are available to protect his/her privacy. If the User does not wish the Social Network to link the information collected through MBWS to the User’s Social Network account, the User must disconnect from the Social Network before consulting the Site.

Security measures taken by MBWS to protect personal data
MBWS implements all technical means in accordance with the state of the art to maintain the integrity, security and confidentiality of data and in particular to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
